Are the letters personalised?
The envelopes are personalised for your child's agent name, but the monthly letters are not personalised. They are addressed to 'Junior Agent' for example.
Where do you post to, and how long does it take?
We post worldwide from New Zealand on the 1st of each month. Postage is untracked and is included in price of the subscription.

We use regular letter delivery service via NZ Post, so the letters are not tracked. If your letter is more than a week past the delivery estimates above, please email us at orders@kidsspynetwork.com and we will investigate for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Either contact us at orders@kidsspynetwork.com or use the link given in your confirmation email to cancel.
Monthly Letter From The Agency
If you would like to have two children included in one letter, add both of the their agent names. If you would like them to receive seperate letters, please purchase another letter subsciption for that child.
